TravelBizKit sells digital products for travel advisors, travel agencies, tour operators, and other travel professionals. Unless a product page or included license states otherwise, purchases are licensed for use by one travel business and are not sold with unrestricted redistribution rights.
Your License
When you purchase a TravelBizKit digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product in accordance with the license shown on the product page and any license file included with the download.
Unless otherwise stated, the standard license is for one travel business.
Business Tools
Business tools, spreadsheets, calculators, dashboards, and operational systems may generally be:
- Used internally by the purchasing travel business.
- Edited with the purchaser’s own business data.
- Adapted for the purchaser’s internal workflow.
- Shared internally with employees or advisors working for the same licensed business.
They may not be:
- Resold as digital products.
- Shared with another independent business.
- Uploaded to template marketplaces, membership libraries, or public download websites.
- Sublicensed, redistributed, or given away.
- Repackaged and claimed as an original product for resale.
A separate license is required for a separate business entity unless TravelBizKit agrees otherwise in writing.
Tour Products and Tour Launch Packs
Some TravelBizKit tour products may include commercial-use rights allowing the purchaser to customize the material and use it to create, market, and sell an actual travel experience under the purchaser’s own brand.
Where a product includes this permission, you may generally:
- Edit the itinerary and product copy.
- Add your own brand.
- Add your own suppliers, inclusions, exclusions, and operating details.
- Set your own selling price.
- Publish the customized tour on your own website or eligible distribution platforms.
- Sell the actual travel service to your customers.
Unless the product license expressly says otherwise, you may not:
- Resell the TravelBizKit source files themselves.
- Offer the source files as a template or digital download.
- Give the source files to another agency, operator, or consultant.
- Upload the source files to a template marketplace, membership site, or file-sharing service.
Destination Libraries
Destination Libraries may contain multiple editable product concepts and supporting assets. You may use eligible materials to build and sell your own travel products, but you may not redistribute or resell the original digital source files unless a specific license expressly permits it.
Product-Specific Terms
Some products may include additional or different license terms. If a product-specific license conflicts with this general page, the product-specific license controls for that product.
Intellectual Property
TravelBizKit retains all intellectual property rights in its original digital products, systems, frameworks, layouts, documentation, and source files except for customer data and third-party materials. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of TravelBizKit intellectual property.
Customer Content and Data
You remain responsible for the business data, supplier rates, traveler information, pricing, branding, and other information you enter into a TravelBizKit product.
Do not store payment-card details, passwords, passport scans, or other highly sensitive personal data in TravelBizKit spreadsheets or templates unless the product is specifically designed and documented for that purpose.
Accuracy and Verification
Travel information changes. Before publishing or selling a tour, you are responsible for verifying time-sensitive facts such as supplier rates, opening hours, entrance fees, taxes, visa requirements, transport schedules, local regulations, safety requirements, availability, and operating conditions.
TravelBizKit materials are a business starting point, not a substitute for live supplier confirmation and professional operational review.
